RETURN INSTRUCTIONS FOR CUSTOMERS
To return a parcel to The Direct Tableware Company:
1. Please contact the office to inform a member of staff which item/items you wish to return, and the reason. They will then provide you with a returns number, which needs to be clearly marked on the box.
Any goods received out of the original packaging, or that are returned incomplete will not and cannot be refunded.
2. Goods should be packed securely. Please mark any boxes with “FRAGILE” in a large bold font, so that it is clear. Any goods that are damaged due to inappropriate packing will not and cannot be refunded.

SAMPLES SERVICE
Samples are available by request on a sale or return basis. Samples will be sent out free of charge, but we require you to return them to us within 30 days of receipt, if you do not wish to keep them.
Samples will be invoiced the day after the goods have left our warehouse. Full Credit will be given if the samples are returned unused, in original and undamaged packaging, within 30 days.

Free delivery to UK mainland for orders over £150 (ex VAT)
Orders under the value of £150 (ex VAT) are subject to a £6 (+ VAT) carriage charge.
