Delivery Options

Supply Disruption

The supply disruption is very much present and we encourage you to plan your stock requirements further in advance than normal to avoid any disappointment and stress.

Whilst we work very closely with all of our suppliers to minimise the delays you experience, we recommend you consider increasing your stock levels until the manufacturers' stock holdings return back to normal.

Free delivery for orders over £150

All orders with the value of £150 or over will get delivered with no extra charge.

* Standard delivery times are between 9am and 5:30pm. This is not a guaranteed service, and it is subject to stock. If you require your order urgently, please contact our sales team on 01763 248008
** Please note that some areas of the country may require extra time to be delivered which may incur additional charges - If you are affected by this, our sales team will let you know.

Stock Availability

If we have the items in stock and the order is placed before 3pm, the order will be dispatched within 24-48 hours. See above for delivery times.

If we don't have the items in stock, a member from our sales team will contact you with lead times.

International Orders

Please note that we do not process international orders in the same way as domestic orders.

A member of our customer services team will be in touch once the order has been placed to discuss how we can process this for you. We must make you aware that we are not liable for any breakages which occur outside of the UK.
