Can I see products before I buy them?

We encourage you to visit our product showroom in Royston – it’s a wonderful space where you can get a real feel of the products, where you can test concepts and most importantly – you will get inspired! With the help of our experienced team, we’ll ensure you leave our showroom with a lot of clarity!  

Pricing & Delivery

When will I receive my order?

We offer a next day delivery service for in-stock products (orders must be placed by 12pm). If products are required urgently, please contact our customer services team on 01763248008.

When will I receive my VAT invoice?

Once your goods are dispatched, you will receive your VAT invoice. 

What are your credit limit terms?

Your first order with us will need to be with a pro forma invoice. If you would like to buy on credit, kindly call our team on 01763248008.

What is your breakage policy?

We encourage you to check your delivery as soon as it arrives. If you discover any broken items, kindly inform us within 24 hours by sending us an email with a photo attached of the broken items.

With over 50 years in the industry, we have experience in all types of food and service venues. Our customer services team will be more than happy to assist you with your product selection.

Which venues do you cater towards?

We offer products for all venues which serves food and/or drink. The industries we supply to includes restaurants, hotels, schools, colleges, bars, garden centres,  offices, airlines, train lines, hospitals, care homes and more.
